Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yup

Also add what you already tried so far.
re instal 3x delete cache i dont reinstal gta but i live in poland and i have to many slow wi-fi and i must wait 10h to downoald gta V

I think the GTA 5 folder name is causing this to happen, please try with a folder name without special characters.

I suggest creating your own topic if you have any issues but you can find it in your FiveM application data, mostly located at %localappdata%\FiveM
