Firts time using FiveM and dont pass from first city image

Hi,

I recently donwload FiveM to play GTA Roleplay, but i have problems when i open fiveM, when i click and execute FiveM do not pass from the city image, so i search some videos and read the post that say “How to fix the eternal load”, i did the windows configuration and i try to change the AMD Radeon configuration but i cant, so i want to know, what am i doing wrong?

Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? Windows 10 Pro Version 1903
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, i reinstall 2 times.

**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?**Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Hello, this is a bug for old laptop and some desktop users who are using Ryzen processors / graphics cards. There is a FiveM Staff post explaining some solutions on how to fix this problem.
