Yeah, not sure whats this means but uh⌠its clearly an issues. Tried tons of troubleshooting, still lost.

maybe deactivate your AntiVirus, also the one from Windows Defender

It comes up with this every time i open it What can i do
it asks for my social club account it put it in and then it says error not contacting to Rockstar games any one know what to do ive had this problem for a bit now
it was working before then i updated my pc and now it says it again

This is not the same issue, either make sure whatever virus scanner/firewall you have is not blocking it or try a vpn.
