Hopped in with a brand new character. Run over to City Services as it’s a short walk where I was. Officer pulls over and asks if I need a ride. I politely decline as I said I was basically already here.
I was fined -1010101010101010 dollars. First 5 minutes of my character’s life, ruined and put him massively in debt. That was my welcome to the city.
First officer encounter and can’t imagine the others behave differently. Disappointed.
