Fini ac breaking TOS

Finni ac has global banned me from all servers using there anti cheat all bc i joined a small whitelist server (not gonna disclose what one) and Rdmed everyone over and over (i troll people i know its not “right”) but after that i can not join any server using this its legit global and i thought this was against TOS so i contacted owner of AC (maybe it was a accident they have a discord support server so i went there made a ticket) Franky (server owner /AC owner) told me that only way he will unban my account from the global ban is 250 USD and that was insane so i bought a new gta account and on a diffrent email diffrent launcher diffrent everything besides computer used revo unistaller and all … welp didnt work they pulled my HWID and i still could not play on my main server or any server that has finni AC (new steam new discord new everything!) all beacuse i server owner put i was playing unfair ? i dont understand how they are still a anti cheat and why it would cost me 250$ USD to play a 15 dollar game … ive been thinking about honestly paying this guy bc what else do i do? i was told bring it to the formus maybe someone has answeres on this topic so here i am
