Double check the Firewall for UDP AND TCP please. Thats usually a firewall problem.
On windows you can allow the entire FXServer.exe to make firewall changes on its own
i have checked and allowed entire fx.exe and its seted up, also i have inbound tcp, udp and outbound tcp,udp seted up
Did you host multiple fxserver on your machine?
No sir, i just got the dedicated server and its forst server on it
I would then contact the hoster to check whether the ports are open. It is open on your machine but behind it can still be a software or hardware firewall that blocks it.
In the meantime, you can check yourself if the ports are open by using different tools.
