Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes, that is when this started happening

What is the issue you’re having?
i get the Fatal Error: Could not load CitizenGame.dll.
What are you trying to do?
Open fivem to play it.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
At the beginning i could not open Fivem, i then uninstalled it and for 3 days now i have been stuck on downloading updating game storage, would get stuck at 62mb, then uninstalled everything again and today it actually finished, but only opens after i hit enter about 5 times, then after it installs the game storage i get the Fatal Error: Could not load CitizenGame.dll. This happened after i uninstalled content_index_xml before that I was getting the error that remote cache could not be parsed

Uninstalled content_index_xml
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I did not get any issue while on server but i only ever play on ProGamerNetwork 2.0
