So I finished setting up my fivem server and I was starting it up and it gave me this error code (As Shown in photo) I’m home hosting this server and I already let it through my firewall… I’m really confused on what to do. I have a key and I got it from the website with the IP and everything I’d really apriciate it if someone could help me 
EDIT: I changed the IP from the 0.0.0.0:30120 to my IP and the second photo is what happened after
Don’t touch that part, it even says don’t touch it if you don’t know what you are doing with it. Change that back to normal and you need to start your server using a server.bat
A bit confused, On what to do, I did this and it still said It could not authenticate the licence key
