Backwoods Law Roleplay, or BLRP, is a brand-new server based out of the State of North Carolina. Ever wanted to experience the simple life in small town rural America? This is the place for you! Though we may be new, there is still plenty to experience.

- We believe that the backbone of any successful server is a good Civ Department where they are allowed to grow and thrive. Tell your own story here, think of it like a big interactive version of a cop drama TV-Show.
- Work as a Southern Law Enforcement Officer: Perhaps you were inspired by Andy Griffith and want to keep the peace as a small-town cop. Or maybe your more of the Sheriff Beuford T. Justice type and will chase that bandit to the ends of the earth. We have that here with plenty of cool toys to use to catch the bad guys!
- Want to dress fancy, well, as fancy as a hillbilly can? We do too! Our EUP and custom clothing is quite spectacular, and you can finally fulfill your fantasy of looking like a lumberjack.
- Fancy breaking the law? We got plenty of opportunity for you to join a criminal enterprise or even start your own. Everything from small larceny to murder happens in FCRP. Maybe you want to go bigger? Motorcycle clubs, Cartels and other redneck gangs exist to cause terror as organized crime.
- Maybe you want to want to put out fires or save lives? Blaine County Fire & Rescue is just the job you are looking for! Or maybe you want to work for the hospital, become a nurse or doctor! The medical profession is expanding, and they need you in it!
Law Enforcement Departments:
- Richland Police Department: The department that everyone joins when they first join law enforcement here. RPD is much more than simply a beginner department and hosts a variety of options that make it unique to stick with rather than transferring out.
- Priority in all local 911 calls, Gang Unit, local connection with players and government, k9, marine police, and more! Do not think you are just limited to the city though. RPD also has the sub-departments of Sun Lakes Police, Marydel Police and Franklin Springs Police to allow you to enjoy the entire map!

- Blaine County Sheriff’s Office: The prime example of what a southern law agency is all about. BCSO is the larger funded sister department of RPD with a variety of options that exist unique to the Sheriff’s Office from the local police. Transfers open to BCSO after about 2 weeks of time in RPD.
- Traffic Enforcement Unit with Commerical Vehicle Enforcement and Air Unit, SWAT, Warrant Service, Criminal Investigation Division, and Game Warden.
Locations:
- Richland: Instead of being another “San Andreas” copy server, we decided to invent our own lore. Los Santos is now the rapidly growing City of Richland. With a population of 70k and growing, there is a lot to see and do here. Richland is a smaller city east of Charlotte and has plenty of opportunity to those who want to move to it.
- Sun Lakes: Every area, no matter how pleasant or well off, has that one “town.” Sun Lakes, being a waterfront town to Sun Lake (The Alamo Sea that we renamed and made new lore for), has attracted all of the forms of degenerates and crime in Southern North Carolina. Meth heads, drug dealers, gang bangers, moonshine runners, and all other sorts. Police players must be careful when working in this jurisdiction, as they don’t know if they will come home.
- Hamilton: Farms, just farms. There really isn’t anything else here but is a core part of Blaine County. If you want to get away from society and instead live in cheap housing and live on the land, give Hamilton a chance.
- Franklin Springs: Franklin Springs, the quiet and quaint town in the north of the county. It has a lot of opportunities for players to own a construction company or a farm. People come to Franklin Springs to get away from life and its worries. Enjoy the simple life at one of its many attractions.
- Connelly Creek: A subsection of Sun Lakes. Here we see the problems of the Appalachian region come forward.
- Mackenzie: A tourist trap town that tries to capitalize off the fact it’s on the interstate. It really has nothing special, but dont tell that to the residents.
- Marydel: The sign of the changing times. A well-off HOA neighborhood suburb off of a city where people who did not grow up here move in the experience “that southern culture” but never want to actually commit to the part. Home to the Cadillac Escalade and Starbucks, this is at least better than most of the rest of the area.
We are a public vmenu server with lots of custom scripts, assets and interiors. We value every player that wants to be part of our server, for we focus on the individual player and an overarching story as a whole. We look at the server similar to a continuous running cop show where players both act and write their own characters, their backstories and interests. It all runs together.
