Also add what you already tried so far.
-Tried to reinstall FiveM & Delete the cache. (Didnt work)
-Disabled anti-virus programs.
-Tried to rejoin.

I tried to delete this C:\Users\Privat\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\cache
Didnt help.

You should del this D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Reborn\cfx-server\cache

I do not have GTA on Steam just on social club

No metter you should delete server cache not clients
