When ever we go fast in fast cars we get FPS drops texture loss D-sync and then we fall threw the Map so its Hard to Roleplay

On one particular server?
I’m sorry but I don’t think this is a fivem issue 
Either way, the vehicle probably clips through the ground, this could be desync, a missing vehicle.meta file, a poorly designed vehicle, or just bad luck if you believe in that.
