Fake server using my name

Hi guys, 3 days ago this server 163.172.224.5:30120 appear in fivem List nammed [FPlayt] Roleplay Real Life #Purple
i have [FPlayt] Roleplay Real Life #Blue 1
[FPlayt] Roleplay Real Life #Blue 2
[FPlayt] Roleplay Real Life #Red
[FPlayt] Roleplay Real Life #Orange
I have also a site

This is a old comunity in Romania, we have a lot of servers for a lot of games. Please help me with this problem.

He is using my name to get players, i have host from Zap for 2 mounth now for all servers, he is using a random vps from ovh at 3$ , he accept donnations for cars and money in game. I asked him to change the name at server he refused.
Can u do something about him?

There isn’t much anyone can do about them ‘stealing’ your name… You’d have to talk that out with the other server owner…

If you absolutely feel the need to take action of some kind, you can email pr@fivem.net with any proof, but I doubt any action would be taken.

But zap is not the only host what u can use?

VPS are allowed. Zap is identified as an authorised GSP, however systems with root access (personal computer, VPS, dedicated servers, etc…) are not restricted.

That might be a grey area and may be an issue. Please write an email to pr@fivem.net disclosing as much proof as you can.

Server names are not identified as being unique, and there are lots of servers / communities out there that have the same name, as names are never really “licensed” in any way. However, if you need more information, please write to the CFX Collective pr@fivem.net and I’m sure they can better assist you and look into the issue.
