Failure to start. (Stuck on screen before menu!)

More or less on a fresh install of GTA-V with a fresh install of FiveM, the game will NOT load the menu screen, where it shows the options to connect to the server ect. All it is doing is showing the orange background of a city.

GTA V version? Unsure where to locate.
Up to date? Yes.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit Through steam
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling GTA V.
Verifying game cache integrity.
Clearing FiveM Cache.
Reinstalling Fivem (Completely removed Application data folder.)
Launched GTA V online on fresh fivem install.

I have also attempted THIS thread, however it has not helped. Actively continuing to solve this issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

Simply google how to make games use your dedicated graphics instead of the intel onboard one.

For Nvidia in this case.

I used this link to solve the issue.

  1. Right Click on your desktop, and choose NVIDIA Control Panel , or launch the NVIDIA control panel via the Start menu.
  2. Click Manage 3D Settings .
  3. Click the Global Settings tab .
  4. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the dropdown list.
  5. Click Apply .
