Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i have no anti virus
Also add what you already tried so far.
Nothing i cannot find anyform of fix or anything to try and do.
You failed to mention that you can not even get on GTA Online. This is not an issue with Fivem but related to most probably something on your machine or network.
