For the firewall. Doesn’t matter what the name is. It’s just so you know what the port is for.

Even your antivirus. You disabled it?

If disabling your antivirus doesn’t work maybe restarting your pc and your Internet will help. Just make sure you check your port forwards after your Internet restart and pc restart. Other than those things I wouldn’t see any other reason it would be giving you that connection error.
