What did you do to get this issue? I did nothing, it worked for months. It just happend.
What server did you get this issue on? I have it on every server.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restart the modem / router.
Reinstall gta v and fivem
disabled firewall
added gta v en fivem on a new rule in firewall
deleted cache
trying to join other servers (didnt work)
