What is the issue you’re having?

In Russia, fivem does not allow you to connect to servers, both local and hosted, with this error. The situation with VPNs is worse: streaming breaks on local servers. It’s impossible to develop a server and test it from two different devices on the local network.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Change your DNS settings to Google in your system settings.

Configure “Flowseal/zapret-discord-youtube” to DNS names like “fivem.net”, “cfx.re” and others.

Enable a VPN, but as I mentioned earlier, streaming models from a local server on another computer breaks with it, and some models freeze at the start of loading.

What server did you get this issue on?

localhost
