Did you try to delete caches.xml (not cache/!) and try again? Yes
System specifications: GPU: RX580 CPU: I5-7th Gen Ram: 16GB
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): Not a crash

I’ve recently just reset my pc and i decided to reinstall Five M & GTA V and then i try to join the server again and it just doesn’t work.
