**Did you try to delete caches.xml (not cache/!) and try again?**yes
System specifications: intel i5 nvidia gtx750ti
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): I deleted my fivem so this is gone
logs/CitizenFX_log files: I deleted my fivem so this is gone
.dmp files/report IDs: I deleted my fivem so this is gone

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

What is the issue you’re having? Whenever i try to join a server it says 'failed handshake to server- it closed the connection while deferring"

What are you trying to do? trying to play my usual servers

What have you tried already to fix the issue? deleting my cache, restarting pc , reinstalling fivem, switching off anti-virus, restarting my pc
