The main reason is related to the warning at the bottom-right of your screen.

i’ve seen that but i dont know to fix this
BTW: I’am the only one on the server that gets this message.
So i cant do anything about it, besides reporting it to the server administrator right?

You can try to re-load the game/server once in a while until it disappears.
Had related error with esx_skins - fixed with reconnect.
