Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I’m too smart for anti-virus :sunglasses:
Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried switching to Performance Mode (in AMD Catalyst Center), but the game gives me errors, so i’m forced to use Power saver mode.

I can play gta 5 with 60 fps, but FiveM somehow is so laggy that i probably get like 5 FPS.
Both GTA 5 and FiveM use the same graphic settings (in the menu) so i don’t know why FiveM acts differently.
Not sure if it’s because FiveM isn’t optimized or am i missing a file that I need to download that handles graphics for FiveM?

That’s probably half your problem. Power save mode kills game FPS, even on decent systems.

Also, you didn’t post a screenshot of your GTA V directory, just your FiveM directory twice.

It would be better if you switch to Performance Mode and share the error the game gives as a result of that, instead of downgrading clock speed which will severely lower your frame count.

This is what happens when i use performance mode.

I’m not sure which GPU or CPU “Performance Mode” uses, but that’s probably the one thats screwed up. There all updated and work perfectly fine on every other game and on GTA 5 Online Normally, but FIVEM is the only game that refuses to play.

The crash signature certainly reflects a driver issue relating to the graphics card. Can you confirm that your drivers are all up to date?

Don’t know how to show proof of all that but.
I updated Processors, Display Adaptors, AMD Catalyst, Intel Drivers.
