Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

What I have tried so far:
Restarting router
Restarting PC
Reinstalling FiveM
Reinstalling GTA V
Factory reset of my PC
Using wired connection rather than wireless
Closing everything but fivem
Reinstalling ram
Updating drivers
None of the above listed fixes have worked.
The issue suddenly happened. One day it was fine the next the game broke beyond belief. It is not related to ping as typically I have between 30-40 ping when the issue occurs. I have had it happen on lower too. The issue also fixed briefly when I updated my drivers but was not a permanent solution. My drivers are currently up to date.
