FiveM tends to have issues with things using weird characters.

Simply change your username in windows to something with no characters in it and see if it fixs it.

to anything without special characters in it, name it Bob, or MyComputer or … George etc etc, whatever you want aslong as it has no special characters in it.

ah i got my real name no special characters ;/ still not working one thing that kinda works some times is i start the exe and it comes allot of em in task manager and i close the middle one since it popps up 3 fivem tasks so i close middle one and then it will not crash for some weird reason but kinda pissed of i need to do that everytime
