Everytime i download FiveM now it only downloads "FiveM Application Data" and theirs no launcher. please help

One night i downloaded this for the first time and it was fine, i played for like 2 hours. Then when i turned my PC off and came back i tried to launch it then it just deleted itself. so i downloaded it again and every time i download it i don’t get an application file, just a “FiveM Application Date” Folder and that’s it. Please help!!

turn off your virus scanner and try it again.
