Really? Have you done what I listed above? Just like NotGigo told you to - uninstall mods? Where you can clearly see the mods folder in your GTA V directory?
Delete these files in GTA V folder:
Disabled (folder)
mods (folder)
asiloader.log
debug.log
After that, go to Steam and verify GTA V integrity of files.
You didn’t follow the #1 rule of modding - always backup your game files.
