so i used to own a server , but i can t find my eup key but i have my old eup stream folder and shit! doi still need to buy the key again to use it?

You need a 64-person key.Then the clothes you added will work.

or if you want to use it, set your slots to 8 people

You either need an Elemental Club tier or your slot count set to 8 or less.
