Standard, State and Undercover police vehicles - Speed + Handling buffs

Currently, the police vehicles need a bit of love since they cannot keep up with some of the civilian dealership vehicles. Development will make sure to not make them overpowered but just enough to keep the gameplay balanced for both sides!

For a more 90s vibe, there are a lot of things related to the phone coming up. Even so, we still want players to be able to communicate with each other easily + dodge any type of unnecessary grinding.

Removal of placeholders and full update for police dispatch calls/pings

Responding to multiple calls can be a hassle but not when you have a capable system that gives you the best information possible before arriving at the scene.

Prisoner transportation bus for police:

A lock and loaded vehicle for prisoner transportation. Can be used at certain times for the secured delivery of high priority targets, offering more interaction between civilians, criminals and law enforcement. Find the best allies, create a plan and dive in a high-risk high-reward fight against a fully alerted squad to save your friends (or strangers?). This type of mission is definitely not an easy one so be sure to come well prepared.
