how dependent on CPU when active?
0.03 at most . The only Cpu consuming thing in this script is the boundary checking. This script has been optimized as possible

It doesnt work with ESX 1.2 right? 
It works with esx v1 final (1.2) and previous versions. Its fully tested and functional on esx 1.2 and 1.1. However I cannot promise you it will work without error for previous versions ( you can try. If it didn’t work as intended make a ticket we can fix it for you )
