ESX server on VPS uses a lot of CPU usage

i have an issue for ESX server on vps

the vps has 4 CORE and 6GB RAM windows server 2016

here is the photo from vps

it wasnt like that until 3 days ago

and every second uses 40-50MB data upload

What about daily restart ? I restart my server daily

Your VPS could just be so underpowered but i believe you also have too many heavy resources which you will find with the link above
