[ESX] Random Parties - ille_party

Tested on es_extended 1.1, let me know if it works for you.

Preview:

• You can start the party if you are an admin :

/startparty

• You can stop the party if you are an admin :

/startparty

• The parties spawn every 4 hours, it will spawn npcs and vehicles near them that can be modified in the config file.
