Features:
Saves Data to database
Allow you to change your own background png/jpg.

You can change your owned background image in html folder.
I will be adding more features, like releasing of Driver’s License and an MDT for registered vehicles only.

This auto-updates every time the script starts. If the current date passes the date_exp2 column, it will auto-update to ‘EXPIRED’.
(This is for integrations like Sonoran Cad users or any scripts you want them to call or use.)
Config.UseStatus added (true or false)
. the script is NOT connected to Car Dealer or Insurance, the script only creates a Vehicle Registration and the price indicated is only for Registration Fee.
