I’m really new to the fivem seen and I’m woundering how to add esx to my server. Also what is the purpose of having a database along side your fivem server?

Follow the install instructions on their GitHub page. Have a look at [Release] [WIP] ESX 2
It doesn’t matter if you’re on Windows, Linux, macOS, you install resources the exact same way.
