Is this normal? After long hours server starts to delay causing players to disconnects.

One quick question, Ive been having a similar issue with really high hitch warnings, I want to detect what the problem is but I dont know how.
How did you installed that "mysql-async Explorer? And are you local hosting or using VPN?
