[ESX] Items spawn next to other users

Hey

I have this strange issue. If a user drops an item - the item appear next to other users. When other users pick up the item - it is added to my inventory.

Why? and how do I troubleshoot this issue?

This is a problem caused by onesync.
You have to adapt es_extended to onesync.
