ESX Identity not working

Hello,
I have installed ESX Identity on my FiveM Server.
When i go in to my server I see a window who says “Register” and I fill out all information but when I press create it’s not working.
I’am pressing the button but nothing happens.
It it’s also a little sound who sounds when I try to press the create button for the first time.
Like “boop”.

You can join my Server via IP: 145.239.0.66:30120 if you want to check it our by yourself.

What’s the problem? :confused:
