[ESX] [FREE] - Wasabi's fivem-appearance

fivem-appearance with tattoos

Put this together for my personal server so figured I’d share with others since I haven’t seen any around.

The updated fivem-appearance including clothing, barber, and tattoo shops for ESX based servers.

Version 1.2.2 - 11/3/2022

  • createBlip function refactored in accordance with global string limitations
  • Issue patched where player’s could not apply one clothing item without resetting all the clothing to default(I.e. the bulletproof vest in the stock esx_police cloakroom)

Update 1.2.1 - 10/20/2022

  • openWardrobe() export fixed

Update 10/15/2022

  • Refactored threads in a expandable and efficient way to ensure easy improvements in the future
  • Almost all mysql-async functions were replaced with oxmysql(Sorry, make the switch to oxmysql)
  • Strings for all ox_lib related things stored in strings.lua
  • config.lua and strings.lua moved to configuration directory
  • All ESX server callbacks have been swapped with ox_lib callbacks(Except those keeping compatibility with esx_skin/skinchanger
  • Full configuration of prices and blips can now be set per store in config
  • Optimized to 0.00ms with 0.02ms in store range

Update 10/1/2022

  • Configurable pricing for use of shops
  • Export to open wardrobe(Useful for opening saved outfits in housing scripts, etc) exports['fivem-appearance']:openWardrobe()

Update 9/19/2022

  • Further compatibility with ESX versions including the latest Legacy
  • Easy/simple install instructions for older ESX versions - Auto insert of outfits table
  • skinConvert console command added in replacement of the make-shift SQL I had initially(This was actually done in 1.0.5)

Features

  • The interactive clothing/skin manager we know and love (fivem-appearance)
  • Clothing, barber, and tattoo shops
  • Utilizes ox_lib for text UI, context, and dialog menus
  • Will continue to add additional features in near future
  • Configurable pricing

Is this fivem-appearance and ox-appearance merged together? Or there’s something extra?

No idea an ox-appearance existed.

This is FiveM appearance similar to the one released for ESX that utilized nh-context/keyboard but in this case it utilizes ox_lib as replacement(As well as has Tattoo Shops unlike previous ESX versions).

Believe ox appearance is a Work in Progress at the moment

Do you have to pay to buy clothes or tattoos?

Is that something you would like to see? Configurable prices can be added in near update.

yes, I think it would be a good feature

Good resource, I have a question, how can I add the fivem-appearance in the esx_identity for when people register?

So that their character creation pops up after registration? It should automatically do this by taking esx_skin’s place.

nice
but not working clothing shop and tattos :frowning:
please help me

It’s not. Ox appearance has been out for a month. I’m using it.

In my case I don’t get the fivem-appearance menu when registering, I use the esx_identity of the esx legacy.

I use as well. Do you use multicharacter? If so which.

i have esx_multicharacter disabled
