Esx_drugs and other resources dont work, need help

What did you do to get this issue? Tried to add a weed planting and picking esx for the first time: Downloaded and put the ‘esx_drugs’ on resources, added the sql file in my database and put ‘start esx_drugs’ on server config
What server did you get this issue on? My localhost

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yep

Also add what you already tried so far. I tried reinstalling everything and following the only tutorial there was. If someone could link me a good tutorial that actually works that would be awesome!
