ESX Database import error

Hi,

I’m trying to install ESX but when i import the file to my database it gives me this error

I believe it shouldn’t do that. Can anyone help?

My user has all the permissions in the database. It tries to access a database called essentialmode. Why does it do that? It shouldnt right? It should use the database its in right?

You didn’t follow all steps or requirements when downloading esx. Follow a tutorial online, pretty sure a few are on these forums, and you should be good.

Goto the SQL file and remove the “USE essentialmode;” line then try
