Im having an issue thats running server wide. When anyone goes to buy a car they get stuck like this until they leave. Camera can move around but no buttons can be pressed to leave except pause menu
SOLVED Go into your vehicle list and remove any and all custom vehicles. After that see if the menu works in game. If it does then go through and add each car by itself and see which one has issues. This worked for me
