Good Night Team, next I just installed FiveM and so I started looking for servers to learn how to deal with the same, I did not have a good result in my access to the servers, any room I enter from this error that I attached… could you help me with how to solve the problem?

For some servers you need to be whitelisted. That means that the server team adds you manually to the list which players can play on that server. If you know the teamspeak go to them and ask to whitelist, or just Look for a non- whitelist server.
