Also, my steam is installed on a separate hdd and NOT ON C DRIVE. Therefore GTAV is installed on a separate hdd.

You can change the used installation by editing CitizenFX.ini. The file is located in your FiveM application data.
Have you tried verifying your game files as the second screenshot suggests?
I will try that thanx. I have a feeling the whole issue is cuz gtav is installed on a separate hdd. I didn’t realize I could edit the ini file. I guess i shouldve looked to see if it even had one available to edit lol.
