I had to uninstall the fiveM for a theme and when I downloaded it again it appears to me that it is already installed. I need help

I reset the computer and reinstalled it and I jumped like a virus, I could not put it as an exception in the avast, then I deactivated the avast and went back to download the fiveM but it did not let me install it since it appeared to me that it was already installed but it did not have no folder or anything.

I speak in Spanish (Uruguay) in case you do not understand some things.

Did you try WIN + R (WIN is the windows button on your keyboard)

Then %localappdata% and press enter, do you see a fivem folder? if yes delete it and reinstall.
Or you could open that folder and run it from there again

I reinstalled it and this error appeared:

C: 7users / pablo / downloads / fiveM.app / bin / avutil-56.dll is not designed to run on windows or contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or software manufacturer for help. Error status 0x000012f.
