Hey Im having same problem, it telling you to do the browser and things as well? if you fined a solution could you Pass it on to me as well please. Ive tried A VPN like Hide.me and every thing of the sort and still no luck. may be it may work for you

Hey @John_Flint and @Fiftycal_Gaming ,

Please make really sure that FiveM does not get blocked by the Firewall and your antivirus. The best way is probably to deinstall it or add FiveM to the exceptions.
Also hide.me might help @John_Flint .

If there are still problems post them here and don’t forget to post new screenshots if there are any new error codes.

no there not there I only have fiveM.exe, and i dont have any DLCpacks for gta 5

SOLVED :

All you need to do is after you press okay on the error try downloading FiveM again worked like magic!
