Hey Im having same problem, it telling you to do the browser and things as well? if you fined a solution could you Pass it on to me as well please. Ive tried A VPN like Hide.me and every thing of the sort and still no luck. may be it may work for you
Please make really sure that FiveM does not get blocked by the Firewall and your antivirus. The best way is probably to deinstall it or add FiveM to the exceptions.
Also hide.me might help @John_Flint .
