Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Necessary? If yes, then I haven’t disabled my Anti-virus yet.
Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve installed api-ms-win-core-timzeone-l1-1-0.dll and placed it on the right place, I think. But I’m sure I did, my memory is just, messed up.
I am typing this and is in dire need of technical support.
NOTE:
Sometimes the error message is different, instead of seventeen-sink-asparagus, it’s something else. But I can’t get it to show that error message again, and the time I’ve done this forum was already late and I need rest.
