Also add what you already tried so far. restarted my computer it dident work, now i tried remove my fivem folder and try downloading a new copy from the website, still gets the issue, before i tried delete the cache only, dident help either, and there is no fivem running checked programs through

None, because I tried reinstalling (which doesn’t work)

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, no luck at all Also add what you already tried so far.
I asked a friend to send me the specified file “adhesive.dll” but no luck either.
What happens is that it gets flagged as a virus and deleted immediately even though Windows Defender and everything else is disabled (not using a third party anti virus)
*Edit: Disabling any sort of Antivirus including Windows built in stuff did not help me.
I HAD TO add an exclusion in the Windows Defender Security Center. I added the complete FiveM folder and now it seems to work again.
