Do a deep scan for malware using Malwarebytes. When Malwarebytes opens click the 3 dots next to the “Scan” Button → Advanced Scan → Deep Scan.

Get a USB stick, figure out what motherboard you have, then google or ask AI how to update your BIOS and it will walk you though it.
