Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
Error contacting Rockstar Online Services: Failed to connect to ros.citizenfx.internal port 80: Connection refused →
What are you trying to do?
Fix the issue and be able to launch fivem, my extra computer in my house has absolutely no problem with fivem and starts up almost immediately.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I’ve uninstalled FiveM about 4 times, Uninstalled GTA V and reinstalled twice, even allowed all firewalls.
Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue?
I hadn’t played FiveM in about 2-3 months and I went to startup and I started getting this issue.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! Can’t even get into the game.

Additional comments

I have a seperate computer in my home and other people said this might be an issue with my ISP or Network at home, and I have no problems at all with the other computer, so I can verify it’s not my internet, but something with my files or computer.

Solved my issue, I connected to a mobile hotspot, it asked for me to approve the new network on the firewall, and I reconnected my internet, and I haven’t had an issue again. Very very weird way to resolve the issue, but I’m happy it worked.
