What did you do to get this issue? I did Start Fivem Normaly (not the first time i used it over a half of a year)
What server did you get this issue on? No server it comes when i start fivem

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restart Computer Shut down Computer and Start ist again delete Fivem and reinstall it uninstall GTA V
and install it again deleted cache
