Error (7) with FiveM instalation

Yo everybody when I run FiveM.exe by excluding it from my antivirus and disabling, I have the only right to this message:

An error (7) occurred while checking the bootstrapper version. Check if http://runtime.fivem.net/client is available in your web browser.

An idea ? Server are down ?

Yo tout le monde quand je lance FiveM.exe en l’excluant de mon antivirus et en désactivant, j’ai le droit uniquement a ce message :

I have the same exact problem…
Try creating a copy of the FiveM.exe and renaming it FiveM.exe.dev
This will let you install.
The problem you will run into later, which is my issue is when you double click the exe nothing happens.
